I had a wonderful stay at SOWIRAD Catering Hotel in Addis Ababa. The hotel offers clean, comfortable beds and excellent service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to provide guidance and assistance, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. I would especially like to thank the three receptionists—Meseret, Sergut, and Bemnet—for their outstanding hospitality. They were kind, welcoming, respectful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made me feel valued and at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend SOWIRAD Catering Hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service and warm hospitality!

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The bedroom, bathroom, and balcony were all clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was that several amenities in my room were not working. The TV, refrigerator, digital safe, and telephone were all out of order during my stay. I hope the hotel repairs these issues because everything else was very good. I would consider staying here again once these problems are resolved
